Storyline

'Perisher' Is a deadpan comedy about people trying to find their way in a forgotten town. A retired racehorse has escaped. Charlotte has just graduated high school and wants to move away to bigger and better things. Takeshi is stuck in a rut, unsure where his life is going after losing his job at the closing mine. By chance these three characters come to a head and Takeshi realises that sometimes even if you don't know where you're going, moving forward is better than standing still.
