As the title suggests, its a film about clowns, most of them chemicaly induced by a superclown. they are turned into burglar clowns, sex clowns, murder clowns and shooting clowns. they are all chased by a unit of police clowns and so on.
the whole movie bears all signs of eager amateur acting, filming, sound and editing, use of light and very dim choice of locations. the storylie and how it is acted are just under pari. it mustve been produced on an empty wallet. it is just a film and nothing more....sorry...

This is an ultra-low budget film. Police detectives don't generally sit around in each other's houses planning operational matters, if that is what these dudes are. Had it been made on a decent budget, it would have appeared more realistic, but one doubts if it would have been any better.
Although not the same genre, films of this nature really started with "The Blair Witch Project", partly improvised, amateurs with little or no acting experience, and even with family members roped in, as here. Some are school projects; some succeed, others don't.
What can be said of the plot? It could be better, but Andrew Leggatt and his team should stick with it. This was their film number 2.
