Storyline

The Orville is puzzled when non-biological organism Isaac ceases to function, doc and her brats inconsolable as they saw him as 'new husband and father'. Admiral Halsey hesitantly allows visiting his planet Kaylon to ask them for repairs. However the 'primary' in charge only reboots Isaac 'as a courtesy', his observation mission having been terminated and not conducive to seek joining the Federation. Isaac refuses to return, except attending a 'festive sendoff' he nor the Finns actually enjoy. While Mercer argues in vain to reconsider the merits of the 'inferior' Federation, an accidentally discovered massive ossuary is only the precursor of a rude awakening for the humanoid crew.
