Did You Know?

At the beginning, young Sheldon is using a ping pong ball shooting gun to do a gravity experiment. He has the gun clamped in a bench vise aimed up at a doll (the Joker from Batman) hanging from a ceiling rafter. A close up shot clearly shows the gun pointing upwards as Sheldon squeezes the trigger. You then see a wide shot of the gun clamped horizontally as it shoots the ping pong ball at the doll as it is falling to the floor. The next shot shows the gun clamped in the bench vise pointing up in the air again. See more »

[Pastor Jeff is mediating a fight between Meemaw, Mary, and their neighbor Brenda]
Pastor Jeff: Ladies. Do I need to remind you that we are Christians? In all our behavior, in all our actions, we must constantly ask ourselves the question: "What would Jesus do?"
Meemaw: Can I say something?
Pastor Jeff: Would Jesus say it?
Meemaw: [pause] Never mind.

Young Sheldon

A Dog, A Squirrel And A Fish Named Fish

Young Sheldon; a spin-off of The Big Bang Theory, that was created for the fans of Sheldon Cooper is on the contrary, more disappointing for the viewers to watch their beloved character being ripped off by dull writing. Its primary objective from the first episode wasn't set off to create a humorous environment which would have been suffice but as it started aging on screen the target started to blur out and is now shooting arrows in the dark confusing and disappointing the viewers from the offered thin material. Ian Hermitage at the center of it is palpable for this tone of the series and is appreciative in its role.

Season 01 is supposed to be the best of all for it to pick up for further more seasons and attract viewers which unfortunately it fails to provide any of it (It won't survive for long, if it goes in such trajectory). So it would be better if they bring their A game into the equation for it is now or never; they are walking on a thread here.

The tension between the neighbours is getting repetitive which by the way still works but what itches is how undercooked these supporting characters are. Ian Hermitage didn't have much to do in it and as far as Zoe Perry is concerned, she has got it covered as always as a concerned fiery parent.
