In the scene where Buscetta is playing with his new AR-15 at his home, you can hear Tim McCarver announcing a baseball game and references Eric Davis who played for Cincinnatti Reds. However, the scene is during Christmas time and baseball is not played that time of year. See more »

Distance from Rio to Rome is about 9000 kilometers, (not 'miles per hour',) and travel time, even corrected for the reduced distance, is about 15 hours. While the Concorde did fly to Rio, the interior shot of the plane shows 3 rows of 2 seats, Concorde had only 2 rows of 2 seats, and the Concorde would have made the flight in 4 or 5 hours. See more »

An historical film about the mafia penitent Tommaso Buscetta
This film covers more or less 30 years of italian (not only) history, and tells the story of the mafia penitent Tommaso Buscetta, who accepted to collaborate with the judge Giovanni Falcone.
The plot is accurate to what really happened and doesn't leave much to the director.
Great acting by Pierfrancesco Favino playing Buscetta.
