Sex & Nudity

Violence & Gore

  • There are sequences of violence throughout; as characters are hit with strong punches, kicks and blows sometimes resulting in brief and limited sight of blood upon impact. In some of the stronger moments characters are stabbed without detail.
  • In the aftermath of a self-immolation; a child character is briefly seen with some burn injuries to her face. There is also sight of a partly decomposed body found in a suitcase.
  • In one scene an antagonistic character locks a man inside a suitcase and then hits the suitcase with a blunt object. The impact onto the man in the suitcase is not seen but his decomposed corpse is later discovered by police.


  • There is a brief muted use of strong language ('f**k'), which is used alongside milder bad language which is used throughout and includes uses of 'bloody', 'hell' and 'damn'.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • There are scenes in which characters including the protagonist smoke cigarettes.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A desperate father facing financial ruin prepares to immolate his wife and children, but the scene ends before any gruesome detail is shown.
