Takes a long time to go nowhere...

This is all over the place, this. Clément (Yannis Bougeard) and his lodger "Alex" (Carolina Jurczak) are looking for another roomie after he has split from boyfriend of a year "David" (David Mora). Their one stipulation is that their new flatmate must also be gay, and when they alight on the handsome "Leo" (Bellamine Abdelmalek) their trio seems complete. Except, well it turns out that "Leo" has a friend "Maeva" to whom Alex takes a shine and in the worst possible traditions of a birthday party - they have a game of truth or dare that builds on an already overly convoluted plot to create a really fake sense of anger, frustration and ultimately a pretty pathetic , sudden conclusion. It's probably better on stage - the direction here lends itself to that style of small stage production - our proximity to a stage might make the really quite uninteresting lives of these people more interesting - or, at least intimate. Otherwise, it's just all a bit shallow with a story that turns in on itself just once too often.
