Storyline

Almost indigenous. Almost acceptable. Almost normal. Half, a quarter, a fraction, a piece. Whether it's gender, sexuality, ethnicity, cognitive or physical abilities, toxic beliefs, ableist and racist structures in western society overwhelmingly continue to target people of color. Some are taking back, reconnecting, decolonizing, and embracing their unique differences in order to heal and be happy. Interviewees of mixed heritage, ethnicities and nationalities share their experiences on growing up in a western society full of Eurocentric history that has generationally misinformed billions, and where stereotypes and labels influence behavior and practices continuing a cycle of harm from which they are determined to break free.
