Episode 2

Tilly's behaviour with inmate Sweat has not gone unnoticed in the sewing workshop.

An anonymous letter and it all over for Sweat in the workshop and his cell. He is moved to a noisier cell. He is unhappy which means he is willing to listen to Matt's plan for escaping.

As for Tilly she is distraught at losing Sweat. The prison officers know what she has been up to and they are keeping a close eye on her.

To maybe shift attention, Tilly accuses her husband of eyeing up a female.

Moving in like a shark is Matt. He knows Tilly is in a low ebb and knows almost instinctively what buttons to press. Tilly's help is going to be important for his escape plan.

This is a slow burn character piece. I did feel the second episode had a lackluster pace. Benicio del Toro's acting is mesmerising.
