Chop Shop
17 June 2019 | by chizzckh-67456See all my reviews

Came as a recommendation via my Netflix account. I'm a massive fan of these type of movies and luckily more films are being made in the same genre type as The Raid, John Wick and many very decent attempts from other parts of Asia.

This has plenty of reasons to hate it as well as liking it. If you like violent fight scenes with lots of slicing a dicing of the bad guys/gals then its worth a watch just for that.

Away from the action it is a hard watch and the constant chopping from English speaking to foreign language is horrible. The plot is cliched to death and most of the acting is forgettable to say the least.

No where near at the top of the tree for this kind of movie and if you dont like this sort of film you will hate it, no middle ground with this I suspect.

I've given it 5 as it fits what I like to watch. Luckily it is a short movie which probably does it some favours as well.

Give it a go if it's your thing, avoid completely if not.
