Absence of an investment in the psyche of the journalist.
6 September 2018 | by sminton-71990See all my reviews

Although this series is obviously intended to expose the dilemma of the journalist in balancing the ethical with the sensational and 'fake news', I feel that this interrogation is impeded by the superfluous nature of the way in which this is addressed. I have only watched the first episode and will give it another chance and watch episode 2 but, thus far there is not enough psychological investment in the characters. They come across as being wooden, depthless and survive within a disjointed narrative.
