Biased but informative
26 October 2018 | by h-84531See all my reviews

Extremelly biased documentary. Describing Pavlov as a horrible scientist due to his "Cookie experiment" on children while Dr. Robert Heath was described as a Maverick and Ambitious doctor for sticking electrodes up in people's brains. Of course it goes on as to excuse the Project MKUltra of the C.I.A. as an antidote against its communist counterpart. While it is an interesting documentary and quite informative, subtle comments like those I mentioned above did not make the view enjoyable.
