Episode 7.03 (3 out of 5 stars).
The episode delivers another brutal fight sequences. As the plot moves forward with Felicity trying to get Oliver out and willing to do whatever it takes. Diggle gets Curtis to join him in ARGUS. And Oliver makes the ultimate choice in prison that leads to another brutal fight sequence.
There is a lot of action and less story progression. The story is still forgettable. The drama with the characters are dull and tedious.

- TriviaThe painting Lyla and John use to access information from the Swiss bank is Rembrandt's Storm on the Sea of Galilee. The painting is famous for having been stolen from the Isabella Stuart Gardner Museum in Boston in 1990. It has never been recovered, and it's actual whereabouts remains unknown, making it popular fodder for TV show/movie heists such as this one.
- GoofsWhen the characters go to the CDC, the logo (which is not the real CDC logo) erroneously uses the name, "Center for Disease Control" when in reality CDC stands for "Centers (plural) for Disease Control."
- Quotes
Samanda Watson: My agreement with your husband, it gives you immunity. It doesn't make us allies.
Felicity Smoak: Diaz attacked me while I was in protective custody. My husband is in prison. I had to send my son away. Your deal with Oliver ruined my life and the city's. All I'm asking of you is to hold up your side of the bargain.
Samanda Watson: I'm sorry you were attacked, but it's not my fault your husband's in prison. It was his choice to put on that hood, and it was his choice to turn himself in. Go home. Enjoy your freedom. Leave the crime fighting to me.
Felicity Smoak: My husband spent the last six years fighting for the people of this city, risking everything, and now he sits in prison, his life on the line, while this monster gets to walk free. That isn't justice.
