weed and cancer....WHY?

First sorry for my english.second,why the hell all american movies deal with weed pot and that garbage cancer.i don't feel relax when i hear from a movie the word cancer.especially a comedy.I rate it with 4 stars only because i want you to take me review serious,if i was put one star they will call me hater....

p.s . the movie sucks.
