John Mulaney relays stories from his childhood and Saturday Night Live (1975), eviscerates the value of college, and laments getting older in this comedy special. Other topics include the church, his family, Trump and pedophiles abducting kids.
Comedian John Mulaney talks about his milk toast boyish looks, his childhood, his Jewish girlfriend, his gayish charm, his favorite TV shows, Ice-T, a homeless person he met in N.Y., and a prostate exam with Batman.
Two years after giving birth to her daughter, a very pregnant Ali Wong returns in her second original stand-up comedy special, filmed at Toronto's Winter Garden Theatre. The always unapologetic and nasty first time mom gets real on why having kids is not all it's cracked up to be, including the challenges of breastfeeding, balancing family and career post pregnancy, and why all women deserve three years of paid maternity leave.
I laughed my ass off. I watched this show with my husband on Netflix and we laughed till the very end. Some of the stand ups on Netflix we usually watch first 20 minutes and if it's not funny we just switch to the other comic or a movie but Ali Wong got our attention from the first minute to the end. Great show, very funny.
