Storyline

Bjorn is forced to act quickly in the aftermath of the election for the King of all Norway. The bandits attack Lagertha's village again, confident of victory. But when the defense boils down to single combat with Lagertha, victory for the bandits looks less certain. Back in Kattegat, haunted and paranoid, Hvitserk continues to unravel.

In the very beginning of the episode, Lagertha is in her kitchen preparing food with her granddaughter when they hear the warning horns letting them know White Hair and his mob are about to attack their settlement. Before the attackers reach their gates, Lagertha has had time to get her hair did into an elaborate, braided hairstyle for battle. Such a hairstyle takes many hours to achieve. See more »
