'Black and Blue' is an action thriller about a rookie cop (Naomie Harris) who inadvertently captures the murder of a young drug dealer on her body cam. After realizing that the murder was committed by corrupt cops, she teams up with the one person from her community who is willing to help her (Tyrese Gibson) as she tries to escape both the criminals out for revenge and the police who are desperate to destroy the incriminating footage. This movie was surprisingly good. It was worth the time to watch it. The story is nice and the drama plot is fair.
One of the main lesson (to me) was that most of us, humans, seem to have a problem with the "others": most blues don't like blacks and underestimate them for personal reasons, and also vice versa. Yet there are always exceptions. There are just and fair people who usually play the role of being game changers... I love these people and they are the heroes.
It's good to never judge another human on bases of race or gender or the like. Please be black or be blue, but always be a human.
