The famous Detective Prodosh Chandra is now in Dhaka !
15 September 2017 | by See all my reviews

The single-episodic drama is about one of the most famous and on-screen captured detective of Bangladesh and East Bengal-Feluda.The original story platform changed into a modern day detective series, mostly like Sherlock ,the series.Though the including of modern day gadgets by Feluda may make one feel uncomfortable, the storytelling is really good. And another good reason to watch this is you would know the origins of Feluda and Topesh, whose family moved from Dhaka to Kolkata around 1947.The famous background music returns with a new tone. And yes,Sandip Roy himself has permitted this.Though Param barely fits the character of Feluda,he portrayed it quite nicely. The fact that Feluda uses observation power more than logical deduction, his original specialty,is what mostly harms the drama, and the core of the role shouldn't have been changed. The other characters did and wonderful job with the platform change. All in all,if you want to see a new Feluda, give this a try !
