A Community with A Dream: The Founding of the Children's Board, commemorates the 20th anniversary of the Children's Board of Hillsborough County, which occurred in 2008. The film describes the successful, grassroots, community effort that led to the creation of the independent, special taxing district. The entity provides funding, advocacy and technical assistance to improve the lives of children and families in Hillsborough County and is funded by a dedicated property tax.—Renee Warmack
