Where are the writers?

It is sad to say that the writing has become clichéd and amateurish. I'm supremely disappointed with the performances and the devolution of all the characters. I mean, what happened between last season and this one? Truly awful. I'll watch the episode with Matt Bomer, but after that, I'm done.
