The Rangers access a powerful new Megazord formation to battle Ripcon.

Aiden and Ripcon form an alliance against the Rangers, which ends poorly for Ripcon when Galvanax summarily judges him guilty of keeping key secrets from him (most importantly, the private incarceration of the Gold Ranger aboard his ship). The punishment: gigantification in a do-or-die effort against the Rangers. Meanwhile, as the Rangers utilize a newly finished Ninja Fusion Star, Aiden's villainy comes to the fore as he finally discovers the Ranger's secret base. Later at a school talent show, a hidden truth comes out - as well as Monty and Victor (earlier eaten by Preston's loyal and magical top hat).—statmanjeff

Answering a call to meet secretly in a deserted warehouse, Ripcon finds Aiden ready to join forces against the Power Rangers. He proposes needing a distraction towards finding the Ranger's secret base; Ripcon can have the Ninja Power Stars. Ripcon agrees but warns to keep this between themselves as there are traitors everywhere. Ripcon teleports away, Aiden's robotic eyes flash red, and Madam Odius emerges from the shadows. "Fooling him was almost too easy."

A school talent show approaches. Brody and Aiden will sing a duet, Presto Chango will appear, but Levi will sit out and watch.

Since the school won't allow matador Victor to bring a bull into the school, he needs something else to do for the talent show. Monty insinuates stealing Preston's magic hat. A call for the Rangers to rally at their base presents an opportunity for theft when Preston fails to fully close his locker door.

Victor dons the magic hat and strikes a pose. The hat swallows him whole. Monty, trying to shake Victor from the hat, gets swallowed, too. The hat flies back into Preston's locker, and the locker door swings shut.

Finding themselves trapped inside the hat, Victor immediately admonished Monty for stealing the hat. Being that it's Victor, Monty won't argue the point. A giant white rabbit appears and they run.

To attract the Rangers, Ripcon demolishes a city street.

Brody and Aiden rehearse their song when the others burst in to announce Ripcon's activity. Calvin suggests using Mick's nearly completed Ninja Fusion Star that harnesses the power of all the other Ninja Power Stars. Aiden hears this with great interest.

As five Rangers head out for Ripcon, Mick and Levi head for their base; Aiden follows stealthily and spots Levi sliding into a hidden passageway. Aiden is delighted. He's found their base.

Finding Ripcon and a clutch of Basherbots, the Rangers power up. The rest engage the Basherbots so Red Ranger can handle Ripcon.

Swords clash. Red Ranger loses his sword, but Blue Ranger Preston immediately throws his over for Red's use. Using Blue Ranger's sword, Red Ranger moves the fight over to retrieve his own sword. Now with two swords, he delivers a Dual Element Blast, which Ripcon fends off.

Back at base, Levi throws his Power Star into the Nexus Prism. It spits it back out followed by the new Ninja Fusion Star that ties in the power of all six Rangers.

Levi runs outside (leaving his personal Power Star behind) and throws the new Ninja Fusion Star across town to Red Ranger, still engaged in a fight with Ripcon (and losing one of his two swords in the fight). Red Ranger catches the Ninja Fusion Star but, too busy to apply it, loses it in the fight.

As Mick pours more Ninja Steel out of the trophy, Aiden enters. Mick has just enough time to tell Aiden he shouldn't be there before Aiden blasts him and Redbot to the ground. Levi enters to retrieve his Power Star, only to see Mick and Redbot spazzing on the floor with Aiden about to make off with the trophy containing more Ninja Steel. Aiden fires, but Levi dodges the blast. Aiden sets down the trophy to go after Levi.

Back at the fight with Ripcon, Red Ranger retrieves the Fusion Star. The other Rangers all tell him to use it to take their power and take Ripcon out. Red Ranger applies the Fusion Star to his sword and hits RIpcon with a Ninja Fusion Fury Final Attack. Ripcon responds with a Double Sword Doom Strike. The Doom Strike is deflected and Ripcon becomes trapped between Fusion sword powers. Red Ranger attacks Ripcon with slicing moves before recombining his Fusion Blades and striking down Ripcon, seemingly cleaving him in two.

Defeated but whole and not dead, Ripcon says he'll return, then teleports away. Red Ranger expresses disappointment. The other Rangers join him (apparently after killing all the Basherbot opponents). White Ranger Hayley suggests they return to base.

Now in the materials yard, Levi continues to dodge Aiden's blaster. Grabbing a bumper, he succeeds in deflecting the last blast right back at Aiden, knocking him backwards into a pile of tires. Aiden gets up, expressing no hurt. Levi asks how he could betray his own brother, but Aiden, now with a robotic voice, says he has no brother. The gaping cavity in Aiden's chest reveals a sparking, mechanical interior, making Levi aware that he's confronting an android.

The other Rangers arrive and, made aware that Aiden's a machine, shoot him. As Aiden shorts out, the metal pipe he holds against Levi conducts a mind transfer pathway into Levi's brain. "You will all pay," says the sparking, shuddering Aiden cyborg before exploding into little bits.

As the other Ranger teens support Levi, too woozy to stand on his own, Brody realizes Aiden was a Galvanax robot all along.

On the Warrior Dome and outraged, Galvanax accuses Ripcon of sending a robot to get the Ninja Steel without telling him, and of earlier holding the Gold Ranger captive on board in secret. Under Ripcon's rightful objections, Galvanax judges him guilty on all counts and sends him out to be gigantified in an effort to vanquish the Rangers (or die trying). Cosmo Royale reassures RIpcon that he'll be a star. Basherbots frogmarch Ripcon away.

On the Galaxy Warrior stage, Cosmo announces Ripcon as the latest contestant - so eager to get at the Rangers that he's skipping the normal process and going straight into gigantification. Ripcon is summarily sent to Earth, gigantified and flanked by two Skullgaters.

At the base, Brody can't fathom how an android could have contained his brother's memories. Sarah interrupts with news of Ripcon's gigantic return to the city. Levi still feels a little dazed but ready to fight.

The Rangers face Ripcon, call forth their Zords and combine into the Ninja Steel Megazord. Gold Ranger calls up the Bullrider Megazord. The Rangers enter Ninja Master Node.

All agree to the Rangers and Skullgators fighting each other first. Gold Ranger hits both Skullgators with a Bullrider Megazord Rodeo Rapid Blast Final Attack. The blast shatters the skeletal foes, but instead of crumbling and dissolving or turning into fireball explosions, their bones combine to form a sword, which Ripcon grasps and slashes at the Ninja Steel Zords, felling both.

The Rangers need more power, which gives Red Ranger the idea of using the Ninja Fusion Star to combine Megazord powers. It works, creating the colossal Ninja Fusion Zord. Pink Ranger congratulates Red Ranger on his good thinking; he thanks her.

Ripcon attacks from behind, but the superior Ninja Fusion Zord stops the blow. Ninja Fusion Zord's sword-swipe divides Ripcon's skele-sword back into two Skullgators. Red Ranger activates the Ninja Master Blade to deliver the Ninja Fusion Zord Master Slash Final Attack, turning both Skullgators and Ripcon into exploding balls of fire. "Show's over, Ninja's win" (and Ripcon is finally destroyed).

Back at school, Preston, in the midst of his magic act within the talent show, aims to pull the classic trick of a rabbit from his hat. Reaching in, he extracts (with difficulty) Monty. Alarmed, Monty reaches into the hat and extracts Victor. Preston reaches in and finally pulls out his white rabbit, which horrifies Victor and Monty, sending them screaming from the stage.

In the audience, Levi experiences a headache and leaves to get some air.

Preston introduces Brody as the next act before vanishing from the stage in a spectacular puff of smoke. Brody enters the stage sadly to sing his family song alone.

In the hallways, Brody's song affects Levi, who gets images of memories. As his eyes flash with green light, he sees visions of his time during Madam Odius' incarceration, with himself attached to a memory machine hooked up to the Aiden android.

As Brody concludes the song, Levi comes onstage and continues it. The two, realizing they're long-lost brothers, finish as a duet (backed by an invisible studio orchestra). They hug. The audience (all two dozen of them) applaud.

Afterward, as Mick, Redbot and the Ranger teens sit around a campfire in the woods toasting marshmallows, Levi/Aiden finishes explaining his retrieved memory experience. To avoid any public confusion, they decide to stick with calling him Levi. Sarah resumes Brody's family song and all (backed by the invisible studio orchestra) join in.
