Storyline

What should be a normal real estate showing goes awry when the realtor and his customers run into a ghost - in a house where no one has ever died. As James, the realtor, is left with the possibility of having to disclose a murder occurred in the house-and thus risk affecting his sales-he tricks Peter, a parapsychologist, and Jenny, a witch, into investigating the house. The two manage to put the ghost to rest, and draw the attention of the demon that put said ghost there in the first place.
