Goofs
Early in the movie, a character comments "not a Starbucks within 300 miles". It's 6 years after the movie, but there's nowhere in the US that isn't within 200 miles of a Starbucks. And certainly anywhere in the Eastern US (like North Carolina), there's no location so remote from Starbucks.

It's Own Merit

I had no idea that there was a Mitford book series. I read some of the reviews from people who had read the books and they were not complimentary. However, I enjoyed the movie on it's own stand alone merit. It was a nice easy pretty picture, but had more depth in it than a lot of Hallmark movies. I thought that it was good.
