Quotes

Laurel Castillo: Did you see this?
Bonnie Winterbottom: You're late.
Laurel Castillo: This is insane. The guy who covered up Wes' murder can't be Attorney General. He should be in jail.
Nate Lahey: So should you. Smart people around here keep their heads down. That goes for the both of you.
Laurel Castillo: [he leaves] How are you okay with this?
Bonnie Winterbottom: Because I'm an adult who needs a job. Now go do yours.

JImmy Smits' psychologist character is the string puller that holds the stuff that will ultimately get us to the end of another convoluted episode. Annalise needs money in order to begin her work as the head public defender. She wins a really tough child custody case. She is also hanging on her substance abuse stuff. Meanwhile the rest of the gang continues to be dysfunctional. Connor, one of my least favorite characters, has a meeting with his fathers. It doesn't interest me at all and yet they seem to plant a seed of doubt in him. Most interesting is the internal preview of events yet to occur.
