Storyline

Toys can be more than simply children's playthings, the biggest ones can say so much about popular culture and the generations raised in it. This series covers the history of the major toylines of the post-World War II generations, the media franchises they represented, and how they reflected their times and how they changed with them. It's not a doll!
4 January 2018 | by peterfederowiczSee all my reviews

I was never allowed to watch tv when I was a kid and never got any of these references in the 70's and 80's. I watched this and now I feel... partially caught up. I'm glad I didn't know about the GI Joe aircraft carrier at the time. Knowing and not having it would have been... Looking forward to season 2.
