Storyline

The BAU team members are called immediately to the Silicon Valley in California on an active shooting at a video gaming company, the shooter who was able to get away. The team will be liaising with Homeland Security on this case. When the team arrives, they find there are only three casualties despite the large number of employees who were in the active shooting area of the building. Despite there being no ties between the three victims beyond the place of employment, the team believes the victims, with the exception of the security guard who was collateral damage for being in the way, were targeted as they were shot multiple times with few stray bullets. Eyewitness accounts prove of little help due to the inconsistencies. The initial thought is perhaps that the unsub is a disgruntled ex-employee. However when a second attack occurs at a different site of a different video gaming company - all four of the coders in the building working that evening who were killed - the team believes ... Still a great show..but this episode succumbed to the propaganda!
18 October 2017 | by ken_allen-83327See all my reviews

I have to say that I've been a huge fan of this series since it first started. Lot's of great story lines, great acting. It is a really well put together show.

I also loved the psychology aspect to the show as I've always been interested in behavioral psychology.

But this episode did what other great shows have done unfortunately. They wrote an episode that was chock full of propaganda.

13 years into this show and the writers managed to (for the most part) steer clear of the political propaganda which is another reason why it was one of my top 5 shows.

But now with this episode I no longer care to watch the show any longer. Criminal Minds has just lost a viewer!

If you don't mind the propaganda, or worse yet don't see it, then the show will still have meaning for you.

But on top of everything else going on in Hollywood today... currently with the harvey weinstein scandal...which really has been rampant throughout Hollywood for a hundred years...it's not like I need much of an excuse to stop watching something!

But they just never learn. Their ratings will drop and drop and they will never learn!
