Based on the memoir by Indian policy analyst Sanjaya Baru, The Accidental Prime Minister explores Manmohan Singh's tenure as the Prime Minister of India, and the interference of Congress Party in contradicting his decisions during his first tenure. He details how Singh fell a victim to Congress Party's dynastic approach. It highlights how Manmohan Singh was constantly ignored by Congress to maintain turf for Rahul Gandhi, the son of Sonia Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi. Written by guptashaurya-54306

The truth of Family party is finally out
11 January 2019 | by nikitrulesSee all my reviews

Disclaimer: i am not a Pro BJP. But after watching the movie, i know whom not to vote for. All the actors are superb, Kudos to Anupam Kher & Akshaye Khanna, super performance. The movie may look like a biopic, but it has done justice to show the Man in ManMohan Singh, and the truth of Mother & Son. As all the controversial and not so controversial scenes cut or muted, do not expect a clear blow on Rahul or Madam, but if your join the dots, you will get the whole picture. After so many cut scenes, i am compelled to read mr Sanjaya Baru's book 'The accidental primeminister' But if we look at the underlying message, it does expose the dirty world of politics, and what happens within the PMO. Definitely a watch, if not for entertainment, but to understand the facts of politics.
