A woman drunk dials her senator only to reach his voicemail. The imagery reveals a series of women in varying poses, whose body parts are modeled and manipulated by an unknown male hand. Her message becomes increasingly fervent, as she illustrates the psychological harm and thwarted perception of women that is caused by enforcing restrictive laws, such as 'the heartbeat bill', over the female body.
