At 2:18 this film was 30 minutes too long and it dragged a tad. I watched it two sittings, and by the end, I was jumping forward in bits. It's a bit slow and it doesn't know whether it wants to be a comedy or a serious film. Having said that, it's an ok watch. If you're a bit bored and fancy seeing 1970s South Korea, then it's not bad. 5/10 for me.
