A month's worth of scary programming heads to Hulu with its annual Huluween celebration starting today. Viewers can head to Hulu's personalized, Halloween-themed hub for a bone-chilling selection of popular Halloween TV episodes and movies, featuring 800 premium Halloween titles and more than 5,000 episodes of new and library TV series. Screen Star and prolific Producer Mem Ferda has joined Actor / Director Martin Copping to bring to us a new exciting psychological thriller set in Australia on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, ‘The Dunes’.

‘The Dunes’, which is written by Copping, is a story about a renowned journalist for the La Times, who returns to his hometown of The Dunes and while he’s there, a mysterious figure from his past re-emerges and threatens his entire existence.

The film is peppered with underlying themes of substance abuse. The director and lead actor (Copping), wrote the screenplay after the tragic loss of his own mother to Alcoholism.

The Dunes is an upcoming psychological thriller. The film is partially based on director Martin Copping's own life, in that he lost his own mother to addiction. The film is being co-produced by Mem Ferda (The Devil's Double, 2011). As well, the title stars: Tim Phillips (The Secret Circle), Jacinta Stapleton (Never Tear Us Apart), Kate Neilson and Maria Volk.
