Penguin is in charge now...
25 February 2018 | by highmarksreviewsSee all my reviews

While Season 3 of Gotham was a little limp by the end of it all, it still carried enough momentum over to its Season 4 premiere to excite and thrill. The writing is smart, the characters have grown and new players are yet to be revealed. Tonal balancing is still a minor issue every now and then, but that does not hinder "Pax Penguina" from a strong opening. Gotham really seems to be gaining momentum and has changed a lot since the early days, the fourth outing should be a treat to watch.
