It is interesting one month has passed.

Sheriff did not do anything about asking maddie or learning. And it seems only ben was affected, not maddie. Because of the siren song maybe

I could not understand also in last episodes. Helen is also mermaid? She has scars.

We learned it in this episode :)

In Curse of the Starving Class, Ben begins to investigate some suspicious over-fishing and Decker ramps up his efforts to find his escaped mermaid, showing the true extent of his influence. The mermaids back so quickly... This one's a tad annoying, prone to violence and unwilling to use language. What it shows though is a lack of potential depth and yet we add in some unnecessary family drama here and some potential newfound family drama which I don't mind, though a bit of a tease by Ryn, hehe. Doesn't Helen having a mermaid store draw unneeded attention to herself. Not much of note really happens this episode.
