Villainess received an incredible reception at Cannes 2017 so I chose this for my Birthday/Date night flick. So glad I did! The first 8 minutes are a head spin so DON'T be late! The next 120 minutes went by without the usual Hollywood action predictability and thankfully had humour to break up all that blood splatter. Lots of cutesy moments too. Although in Korean (& English subtitles) it delivers a one-two in the international language of "kickass".
