Sam and Dean devise a plan that will save innocent lives. Meanwhile, Jack continues to wrestle with the consequences of his decisions.
This was arguably one of the best episodes of this season.
Things were really taken up a notch, the Winchesters in the other world decide to take everyone to their world. This episode was filled with ironies and comedic twists from Lucifer driving the bus and actually managing to make a case that he is not so bad even though he is the devil. The arrival of Michael was chilling and fans probably feared that the brothers who were the last two on the other side would be held back. Somehow Sam pushed Lucifier back and also escaped. The final scenes with all of the crew in the bunker, eating and celebrating together was truly great to watch. It was satisfying that this was such a big win and it was a feel good moment. One can even see the show being wrapped up for good in its second last episode in this manner, but hope not and the hunt continues.
In the other world we shockingly see the two most powerful angelic beings, Lucifer and Michael hatch a plot to enter the world and take what they want. Now this is really going to go somewhere and nicely built up and we have another episode. Supernatural has produced some great season finales.
