Unsuspecting tourists take over Amsterdam's coffee shops and bars, while an ensemble of broken royal rogues lie in wait.
Thieving brothers (Abba and Rey) haunted by the consequences of their sordid past. A lovable but devious junkie (Alfi) whose loyalty might snap at any moment. The reclusive sexual deviant (Virgil) masquerading as a spiritual guru. The sociopathic prostitute Faith and her sadist brother Danny, who enjoys drugging and raping. - anyone. We arrive with Joey, the cocky American who is immediately thrown to the wolves. - As the thieving brother's struggle with their obsessions for the sadist and his sister Faith, the devious junkie positions himself as Abba's faithful sidekick. Virgil befriends the cocky American, helping him along his quest of self discovery as the escalating feud between Abba and the sadist pushes one brother to the brink, and the other, right into the loving arms of his sociopathic girlfriend. With Virgil and the cocky American, hot on the trail of the two thieving brothers, the noose tightens around our band of misanthropes, leaving some to escape and other's, not so fortunate. A gritty modern day fairy tale where fantasy meets reality in the city of Amsterdam.
