Big changes abound with Rebecca and her social circle. Rebecca is transitioning from in-patient sessions with Dr. Shin to out-patient sessions back with Dr. Akopian, who feels that this time around things are going to be different for Rebecca. But as Rebecca pours her heart out in the sessions most specifically about having sex and more sex with Nathaniel despite he being in a relationship with Mona, Dr. Akopian may begin to have her doubts, especially as Rebecca vows to call off the sex with Nathaniel at any time in wanting to seem non-commital and thus not obsessed with him.
