Finally, the long-awaited Holly Gibney appears in Episode 06
yard_boy24 July 2018
Justine Lupe's portrayal of this quirky character is spot-on with the book. She plays the part with just enough fragility to complement the older Bill Hodge's brusqueness. In the final 5 episodes, we discover that Holly's oddness is in fact infectious and endearing to Bill Hodge's team of sleuths. I hope that Ms. Lupe continues this role in the upcoming serialization of Stephen King's "The Outsider."

soapbox boy tools up

episode is good despite the tool's review above. fyi, this is a stephen king detective novel- turned TV show- review. It is an episode that dives into deeper waters regarding character development and the results that come along with lives lived in different, unsettling shoes. It is not something for soapbox boy to analyze each ridiculously lame flaw so I can come along and show him nobody in the room cares. lighten up

Damaged People

Warning: Spoilers
Starting from the beginning of this Episode, Seems that Everybody, at this Town has some kind of Brain Damaged, Mental Issues of some kind.

Meeting with Bosses, lets the Audience see what the Mind of Killer Brody is thinking, first the Murders of the Bosses, then the Manager of the Store, then the Restaurant Staff, then the other Customers. Cutting the internal organs out of his own Mother.

The part that was not realistic was Brody some how having Plastic Explosives and Electric Detonators to build a Bomb, as since the 1993 First Osama Bin Laden Attack against the World Trade Center, explosives were extremely controlled, electric detonators became Restricted Use, Fuse Type detonators became U.S. Military Only, so much so that even the main customers like Farmers that used to clear land using Explosives could not buy anymore. The U.S. Mining Industry that used Explosives before was Severely Restricted in the Use of Explosives. This is why, during the later 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing, ammonium nitrate fertilizer were the main ingredients of the Bomb(s).

Also after Al Quada, Afghan Taliban, Muslim Terrorist Organizations started posting on their Internet Sites How To Make Explosives, the components then became Common Knowledge, so the Governments Worldwide started to Monitor then Restrict the Sales of the Chemicals, Components to make Bombs. Most people also do not know that over time most Electric Detonators become inert, instead of like previous mercury fulminate electric detonators becoming so unstable that they would self detonate due to minor temperature or pressure changes. Because of these Successful Restrictions, Muslim Terrorists are now resorting to the Use of Large Vehicles to Run Over and Murder to create Terror.
