REVIEW - LEGACY
When will I, will I be famous? I can't answer, I can't answer that.
Actually I can after watching this film.
A British Intelegence Agent has been trying to put a drug dealer behind bars, finally doing so but the drug dealer then orders the killing of his 2 sons.
His 2 sons were adopted.
Following so far? Good.
The drug dealer hires an assassin to kill the 2 sons because they prove with the testimony of their mother the crimes that were committed.
All sound good so far.
1 son is killed the other son goes on a hunting trip with his adopted father, where the British Agent finds them to protect them and the assassin finds them to kill them all.
Definitely sounds like a film to watch right?
Wrong!
No suspence what so ever, acting terrible especially by Luke Goes (Bros) and with the assassin, who apparently being a killer from such an early age and literally disposing of people he has killed in barrels of acid suddenly.........(no spoilers.
Full of cliche after cliche until you feel simply tired of them being force fed you.
Avoid this film as you did their song back in the 80's by Matt and Luke Goes" When will I be famous?" Because judging from this the answer will be never.
2 petty things before I rate this, when Luke Goes is fighting the assassin was there a solar eclipse? And why did the son suddenly have a terrible aim with his new bow and arrows, come on give us break, don't try to ramp up none existence suspens with something as stupid as this.
Rating 4 out of 10

We didn't know why Jake was targeted until he was in serious trouble. How did the agent and deputy get to Jake and his dad earlier than the killer? And the deputy's acting was quite flat, like he was a herded prisoner. I did not quite enjoy the movie at all.
This film has a small cast and was never going to be a blockbuster.I never expected it to be either and I think some people who have done reviews are expecting too much and rather obsessed with with the fact that Luke Goss was in a boyband (Yes so what?Get over it) He has been in some good films .He differs from Jason Statham in that in no way is Luke Goss accent anywhere near as bad as any of Statham's attempts at an American accent. The film is slow paced and never gets into any mega big budget action scenes, but I never expected it to.Just a few characters throughout the film and the film does eventually get going and it's watchable.
Ughh... 98 minutes of slow, dragged out and unnecessary scenes. Lame 80's action scenes/shots. Dumbed-down dialogue and storytelling. Plot and technical issues galore. Pacing slower than a snail. Was an editor even hired for this film? Typical B-grade overbearing and annoying score. Even the sound was off, as I had trouble making out some of the dialogue, particularly from Goss. Was he sleepwalking in this film? Stale acting from everyone - especially Goss, with the exception of Mandylor, who was the only one that didn't rely on the failed/omitted attempts by the director to direct the cast. Cinematography was decent, that's about it. This is the worst film Goss and Mandylor have been in, and that's even considering I wasn't expecting much to begin with. A 5th grade drama class could've put this together better. It's a generous 3/10 from me.
This movie has the writing and acting of a 5 year old child playing with LEGO, and even then that is being nice. The acting on all fronts is atrocious and lack luster, their is not a single line that isn't cringe worthy in both writing and acting ability. The main characters story line is lost in a jumble of quick unreliable action, and the supplementary characters are there as fodder. So much of the movie is useless to the plot, and so many of the characters are killed off in worse ways than any 80's B- movie horror films. The movie as a whole is slow and drawn out. For a lacking in budget and writing film they could have made it up in editing which seems almost non-existent in this film. I feel sorry for every actor involved in this waste of time film, as it was more a waste of their time to partake in filming this than it was in me watching it.
2 stars is generous, and only because I didn't turn it off, but was easily distracted away from it.

- TriviaThe deputy's arm patch says "Sacramento County Sheriff", but the cut scene showing the Sheriff office says "Mohave County Sheriff's office". Such a simple thing to do properly. Sad, but true.
