Quotes

Emma Whitmore: It's a common misconception, but it's not true.
Garcia Flynn: Well, why do they say short people have a Napoleon complex?
Emma Whitmore: Well, that's just the thing. Napoleon wasn't short. He was 5'7". That's above average for his era. He just... he surrounded himself with tall men, and it just made him look short. It's all relative.
Garcia Flynn: How do you know that?
Emma Whitmore: Because I met him.

Emma Whitmore: What, you think the Wild West was my first trip?

Love the complexity and the cast
7 February 2017 | by tjgchgSee all my reviews

This episode lays out the increasingly intertwined stories of the "time team" and the "bad guys" (although we're not sure they are bad now), as they head back again to head off dangerous leaders who change the course of (at least) US history. The historical characters really help them out more this time! They are also dealing with the news that Lucy's father is a Rittenhouse leader, and Wyatt is locked up after the last episode. As always, the dynamics of Lucy, Wyatt, Rufus, Agent Christopher, Flynn, Emma, and the historical famous folks are a great mix of action, suspense, danger, and historical problem-solving. I love this clever show, with it's great mix of characters, both current and past, and look forward to seeing where their relationships go (especially Wyatt & Lucy).
