Director-writer Victor Salva, actor Tom Tarantini, editor Ed Marx and cinematographer Don FauntLeRoy are interviewed for this twenty-two minute featurette. Salva starts off talking about the original film and how it had a huge weekend at the box office but then 9/11 happened and the film pretty much disappeared. He then starts talking about how he didn't want to do a sequel but Francis Ford Coppola finally pitched a good idea to him. From here all four men tell various stories about the production from the shooting of the film to its eventual release.
