Food for Though
11 March 2018 | by See all my reviews

Who knew that there is an industry developing around insects as food? The Gateway Bug presents a fascinating picture of how dedicated individuals are working to save the planet with bugs. For example, crickets provide high-protein nourishment for cattle, reducing the need for the ever-scarcer water needed to grow corn.
