So, is Bas Rutten's Rootger a recurring character now? Surprised Kevin James' friend and former MMA star Rutten wants to do this, but I guess he's got time.
The episode was enjoyable for the most part. Maybe not too original, but they've found their niche in the buildup to the slapstick humor (Kevin going through the conveyor belt) and mocking Chale's laziness and accent. Sticking to that basic formula at least leads to a few laughs, which these days is all I need to tune into a comedy.
