A thoughtful juxtaposition of life and death set in a Chinese funeral home
24 November 2017 | by elainevannieSee all my reviews

This is a powerful documentary, which has many layers to it and is unique in its vision. It tackles a difficult subject matter that is normally taboo, through the eyes of a young teenager as she grows into adulthood. The director has an incredible eye for authenticity and we really engage in this unusual world behind the scenes of a funeral home.
