This Movie interestingly had a much higher budget than all of Laika's previous movies. Their First 4 Movies had budgets of around 60 Million, while Missing Link has a budget of 100 Million (a 40 Million Difference). It's possible the bigger cast, filled with more well known actors compared to their previous movies, resulted in the higher budget. See more »
