On top of everything else, his doctor has revealed that he has cancer and it appears that he has little time left in this world. But just when it seems things couldn't get any worse, a blinding light in the night sky strikes the earth where Ichirou stands. There are a lot of bizarre (sometimes nonsensical) moments that would confuse anyone in their right mind. Also, the CGI and animation can be a bit awkward at times. However, it was interesting seeing how the hero and the villain interacted with other people, and how their personalities clashed. The characters, the theme, and the overall plot were done very well.
It is a very good show and it is definitely worth watching, but it has some pretty trippy moments.
