Excellent cinematography

Empathy, Inc. explores a world of corrupt technology that virtually places its user in someone else's body. Lester (Jay Klaitz) is the wicked man behind the curtain who developed this disturbing ability for a wealthy individual to ultimately determine the fate for the less fortunate. This characterization is significantly guided by the work of cinematographer Darin Quan, who masters his craft by implementing extreme close-up shots. He places the camera at such a short distance that you can see the beads of sweat forming on Lester's face, which creates a feeling of uneasiness and acts as a great vehicle for the film's tone. While fairly accustomed to the world of science fiction, Quan once again proves himself to be a creative genius and I highly recommend watching Empathy, Inc. so you can have the opportunity to witness his talent firsthand.
