Did You Know?

Not a plot hole nor character error: After an hour into the movie, he wakes his teacher at her house to discuss his math problem. He cites SETI that the alien 1,420MHz signal is the same radiation frequency as neutral hydrogen, the most common element in the Universe. Helping attempt to solve for the remaining two variables she points out that aliens would not know what a meter is. The aliens would also not know other human measurement units, such as second nor megahertz (1 million oscillations per second). Regardless how you may measure things, megahertz and seconds are irrelevant units of measure, as the signal is equal to and the same radiation frequency as neutral hydrogen, thus establishing a new units of measure. Changed my perception about Netflix (positively)!
13 September 2018 | by muvi-fan-73See all my reviews

I have watched Netflix special movies like Bright, Annihilation and what happened to Monday. As it happened I made up my mind that it is something that cannot deliver up to the bar certainly set that high. The movie UFO changed my perception. Now I think the streaming service has its own ups and downs like any other.

Tone, Script & Story: A UFO is sighted. The story unfolds into something I call communication with a superior race. As the movie progresses we learn certain scientific facts. Although to be entertained understanding them is not necessary. It still was a treat. As the movie was about to conclude I was keeping my fingers crossed that please don't let me down like others and It did not compromise in delivering. It was time well spent.

Final Verdict: It's a low budget movie on UFO's pictured really well. Do watch it especially if you are a science enthusiast.
