Goofs
This is supposed to be taking place in 1987 (there's a calendar on the wall at the travel agency) but there's a storefront manicure/pedicure salon next door to the travel agency offering Spa Pedicures. In 1987, you would have had to go to an upscale salon like Elizabeth Arden for a pedicure. There were no storefront salons then.

Good episode, but I thought this is as good a place as any to mention that this series, as careful as it is usually is with the 80s period set decor, has never gotten one thing right--
The walls in most houses in the 80s were BEIGE. Cream, off-white, eggshell, sand.. whatever you want to call it. Each room wasn't painted a different tasteful dark color like you find now. The colorful walls is what you see in the show in all the houses and even in the hotel rooms which REALLY would be beige. I'm assuming it's an art department decision to set different moods, but it takes me out of the show often.
There. Off my chest. Good show 😁
