Hollywood Station goes on TAC Alert. Irving plots his next moves. With new evidence, the Elias case takes an unexpected turn. Maddie tries to connect with her past. Bosch harbors doubts about his Task Force and interviews a new suspect.

Friday morning ICE raids the Walker Grand Construction site looking for Bondigas. The wanted man tries to evade but is easily taken into custody. Walker gets out of his limo talking on his phone to someone about Russian bridge financing.

Sgt Mankiewicz wonders why Sheehan hasn't been booked yet. Bosch intercepts Snyder as she arrives to work in her BMW i3, he straight out asks her what she took from the evidence box Tuesday. Snyder denies it was her and says there is a hidden camera in the evidence room that will prove it. Bosch is startled and asks her to keep it between them only.

Bosch updates Chief Irving, who is dismayed to hear another cop may be involved. He signs the approval to view the evidence room video. Irving wants to go with Sgt Washington to visit all the District Chiefs on surprise visits.

Jerry tells Latonya about the fire bombing. The family talks about getting back together.

Lt. Grace Billets briefs Hollywood Station, they are on modified TAC alert but she warns them not to over react to protesters.

Robertson and Pierce brief Bennett and Pell, the arson cops, about the fire bomb. Bennett sees Bosch and asks if he wants to sit in on the Bondigas interview, Harry says yes.

Bosch brings the video to Grace, she loads it into her PC. While waiting for it to boot Grace gives Harry Maddie's Chapman letter. The video plays and they see Gabrielle Lincoln taking the box.

Even Crate and Barrel have to wear blues, the task force teases them. Harry takes his 3 men to the roof. Snyder and Lincoln remain in the War Room. Snyder then leaves on an errand. The men discuss how to box in Lincoln. Bosch also lets Robertson know there is a microSD chip video of Black Guardian. Back in the War Room Bosch sends Lincoln out to get more statements from Sheehan's neighbors.

Maddie skips school and calls Harry to say she will be driving around and will be home late, he says OK.

Irving ponders an org chart. His EA Ida brings in more staff files.

Bosch takes a call from the Coroner, he needs to arrange Eleanor's cremation.

Pierce returns to Angels Flight looking for the other bullet. He traces it to the Park down below.

Billets brings in Lincoln's pers file, she is squeaky clean, a 15-year cop, divorced with one kid. Lincoln doesn't appear to know Sheehan to want to frame him. Edgar has someone checking her financials. Snyder returns, she says she opened an IA investigation and has already found some info. Lincoln made two large bank deposits concurrent with two large settlements Elias had won. They suspect Lincoln sold the junkyard video to Elias, they need her alibi for last Friday. Snyder goes out for a smoke, Jerry goes to her to congratulate her on Harry's behalf. Bosch calls Jerry to get some soup.

Maddie drives out into the desert, she goes off-road for a short distance then begins walking into the desolate hills.

Pierce pokes around the ground in the park searching for the slug.

Bosch and Edgar go to the Golden Soup, they ask the young manager about the card game, he's nervous but says the man they are looking for is Shiwei Chen, a Chinese National. Harry gets upset with him and leaves his business card. Bosch and Edgar think local thugs made the Eleanor hit, they will talk to the San Gabriel Asian Gangs Unit. Robertson calls, to say he and Snyder have an idea.

Maddie walks alone, looking for the site of the old family photo when she was 4 years old.

Crate and Barrel have a hit on the KTK fingerprints. The laugh when they realize they solved the case.

Bosch and Robertson talk to Det. Rooker, they want his help to help Sheehan.

Maddie has a sandwich, then notices she lost her mother's ring. Luckily she finds it snagged in her sweater, she continues looking for the photo location.

Pierce finds the slug.

Bosch calls in Lincoln, saying they think Rooker is involved, and need her to help interview him. Lincoln will arrange her childcare and will come in.

Irving and Jun Park have dinner. Irving says the Mayor is after him. Park suggests he make like Ali against Foreman.

Lincoln arrives, they watch Rooker apparently being booked and taken into holding. Sheehan is surprised to see his partner and loudly asks what's going on. Bosch and Edgar take Lincoln to another interview room. The men make small talk and string her along, hinting Snyder is up to something. Bosch says there is Black Guardian video, she says Drake must be involved and doesn't remember finding a hidden camera at the junkyard. He then reveals they have the evidence room video. Lincoln tries to explain, realizes she is in deep, but denies selling anything to Elias. She will only talk to the DA. O'Shea is in Sacramento, they will book Lincoln, get warrants and check her gun. Jerry says Det Moi in San Gabriel will meet them. Before leaving Harry tells Sheehan they cleared him, but to wait in the cell until morning.

Chief Irving goes to see Desiree Zealy at the protesters planning meeting. He offers her the position on the Police Oversight Committee. She takes his card, as Irving drives off the other protesters accuse her of selling out.

Bosch and Edgar meet Moi on the street in a Chinatown. The Golden Soup is in an area controlled by the Baby Bandit Boys gang, but they have confidential informants who may come forward. They go to a karaoke bar and show Shiwei Chen's photo. While there, two toughs in motorcycle leathers enter. When they see the cops they start shooting, Bosch yells everyone to get down. One of the men is killed, the other manages to get away.

Maddie is still in the wilds, in hazy moonlight she gets back to her Jeep. Looking into the stars she asks "Mom" ?
