Drama outside the ring

I was on board with a lot of this, up until a certain plot point. As usual, some nice interactions among the supporting cast, the disco party for Sheila was a well-deserved injection of humor, and even an awkward dinner between estranged lovers seemed to work.

But that pregnancy twist was way too soap opera.

That said, the moments between Alison Brie and Marc Maron are natural and go a long way towards excusing such a misstep.
